Men are over 55 years old and women are over 45 years old.

(7) Employees who are disabled due to illness or non-work-related disability and have been confirmed by the county or county-level labor appraisal committee to be completely incapacitated, who are on sick leave 1 year or above, men who have reached the age of 50 and women who have reached the age of 45, and whose working years meet the prescribed conditions, may go through retirement procedures in advance with the approval of the Municipal Social Insurance Administration, and those who have not reached the above age may go through resignation procedures.
(8) After an individual enterprise is officially declared bankrupt by the people's court in accordance with legal procedures, employees who are less than five years away from the statutory retirement age and have worked for 15 years can go through retirement procedures in advance upon their own application and approval by the competent department of the enterprise.
Two, on the retirement (post) personnel working years approved.
(1) The working years of employees are determined by the sum of the continuous working years before the end of 1992 and the payment years after the end of 1993.
(2) The continuous length of service before the end of 1992 shall be calculated according to the provisions of the state and this Municipality on continuous length of service.
(3) The payment period after 1993 does not include the payment month after employees go through retirement and resignation procedures.

(6) Those who have worked before the end of1992 and have worked for five years but are dissatisfied with 10 may be treated as resigning.
(7) Those who joined the work before the end of 1992, became disabled due to illness or non-work-related reasons, and were completely incapacitated by the labor appraisal committee, and their working years reached 10 years, can be treated as retirement; Those who have worked for more than 5 years but less than 10 years may be dismissed.
(eight) 1992 before the end of the work, work experience of less than 5 years; After 1993, if the employee has been dissatisfied with 15 years, after reaching retirement age, the district and county center shall return the principal and interest stored in the employee's personal pension insurance account to him in one lump sum to terminate the pension insurance relationship.
Three, about retirement (post) procedures

(3) When a unit handles retirement (post) procedures for its employees and submits them to the district or county center for review, it shall attach relevant materials according to the following provisions:
1. When going through the retirement (post) formalities, the personnel who have reached the national statutory retirement age shall attach the following materials:
(1) Original (or copy) of employee ID card
(2) Application Form for Retirement (Post) of Enterprise Employees in this Municipality
(3) the standard wage scale before the wage reform in 1985 (copy of file record)
(4) If a female employee goes through the retirement (post) formalities between the ages of 50 and 55, the original Employment Contract or Employment Contract shall be attached.
2, extend the retirement age, in addition to the above materials, according to different situations, respectively, attach the following materials:
(1) Ordinary employees, with the original (or copy) of the extension of retirement age approved by the competent department.
(2) Senior experts, with the Approval Form for Extending Retirement Age for Senior Experts.
3, due to illness or non-work-related disability, completely lost the ability to work to apply for early retirement (post), in addition to submitting the provisions of Article 3 (3) of the provisions of the materials, but also should attach the following materials:
(1) has been appraised by the enterprise and the district (county) level labor appraisal committee (Appraisal Form of Shanghai Workers' Total Loss of Labor Ability due to Illness).
(2) my application report for early retirement.
(3) I have received the disease relief certificate for more than six months in a row.
(4) Certificate of sick leave for one year in a row
(4) Persons who engage in early retirement of special types of work shall go through retirement procedures according to the Provisions on Auditing the Early Retirement Time of Enterprises in this Municipality and Handling the Retirement Procedures for Early Retirees, and attach the materials specified in Item 1 of Paragraph 3 of Article 3 of these Provisions.
(5) If a bankrupt enterprise goes through the retirement formalities for its employees in advance, it shall have a written certificate that the people's court has declared bankruptcy.
