Chapter IV Pension Insurance Benefits

Article 7 Pension benefits consist of basic pension and personal account pension.

The basic pension shall be paid in full to eligible insured persons in accordance with the provisions of the state and provincial governments, with the standard of 60 yuan per month, and adjusted in a timely manner according to the requirements of the state and province and the income growth of farmers.

The monthly calculation and payment standard of personal account pension is the amount stored in personal account divided by 139. If the adjustment range is higher than the pension standard calculated according to these measures, it will continue to be collected according to the original standard; If the adjustment range is lower than the pension standard calculated in these measures, the difference will be reissued. For the insured who have participated in the old rural insurance, have not reached the age of 60 and have not received the pension, the original personal account funds will be merged into the new rural insurance personal account, and the payment will continue according to the provisions of these measures until they meet the prescribed conditions and enjoy the corresponding treatment.

Before the implementation of these measures, those who have enjoyed the old-age insurance benefits according to the original new agricultural insurance policy and have reached the age of 60 shall be changed according to the pension plan and payment methods stipulated in these measures; Women aged 55-60 who have enjoyed the treatment according to the provisions of the original new rural social endowment insurance are still receiving according to the original standards. When they reach the age of 60, their pensions will be paid according to the provisions of these measures.

Before the implementation of these measures, female insured persons who have participated in the original new rural social endowment insurance, under the age of 50, shall be implemented in accordance with these measures; 50-55 years old, according to the "Interim Measures for Rural Social Endowment Insurance in Tongzhou City" (No.36 [2007] of Tongfa), enjoy pension benefits, and when they reach 60 years old, they shall be changed according to these measures; Or continue to pay the fee to 60 years old according to this method, and then enjoy the treatment.
