According to the requirements of Article 19 of the Regulations on Internal Security of Enterprises and Institutions, Articles 11 and 12 of the Regulations on Internal Security Supervision and Inspection of Enterprises and Institutions of Public Security Organs and the Discretion Standard for Violation of Administrative Penalties in Henan Province, those who refuse to make rectification shall be fined from RMB 1000 to RMB 1000, and the main person in charge of the unit and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined from RMB 5,000 to 500 yuan. In addition, according to the relevant requirements of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, those who refuse to make rectification shall be placed in administrative detention for less than 5 days.
