Legal basis: Article 58 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution violates the provisions of this law and commits any of the following acts, the public security organ shall give it a warning and may concurrently impose a fine: 1 Use tweeters in areas where noise-sensitive structures is concentrated in urban areas; 2, in violation of the provisions of the local public security organs, in the city streets, squares, parks and other public places to organize entertainment, assembly and other activities, the use of audio equipment, resulting in interference with the surrounding living environment of the excessive volume; 3. Failing to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of this Law, emitting environmental noise from the indoor environment that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.
