1. First, find the power cord from the projection floor in the corner (here called the main line, which is usually wired by the decoration unit). Step the installer needs to extend the main line to the bottom step along the step. We usually use the power cord of RVB2*0.75 or 2*0.5.
2. First, put the cut tread on the steps, and then appropriately open several screw holes on the tread according to the length of the steps; (There is no clear requirement for the number of openings, but it depends on the actual situation on site. The more the quantity, the safer it is. Three screws need to be installed on the steps around 1M, and four screws need to be installed on the steps larger than1.2m.)
3, put the expansion bolt into the screw hole, and then use the tapping screw to fix the tread firmly;
4. Put the cut light bar with connecting wire into the light bar groove of the step bar, and connect the end of the light bar to the main line; (Note that the thread end of the light bar should pass through the slot of the limiter and cannot be pressed by other parts of the limiter, so as not to break the power line. ) This needs to be advanced. Firstly, install the light strip on the steps of aluminum profile, and then put the aluminum profile on the steps.
5. Install the LED light board into the resistor head and connect the power cord of the number board to the main line. If there is an LED light sign on one side of the steps, use a main line, which is placed on one side of the light sign; If there are LED signs on both sides of the steps, the left and right sides should be welded with main lines or light strips, and the LED signs on the left (right) side should be connected with the main lines on the other side through the light strips.
6. Place the left and right resistance heads of the connecting wires on both sides of the tire noodle (pay attention to the routing of the main line, and the main line should be pressed in the groove of the resistance head), put expansion bolts in the screw holes of the resistance heads, and then fix them firmly with self-tapping screws;
7. Reinstall the high and low battens on the left and right sides of the horizontal and vertical directions, paying attention to the main line to be hidden in the middle of the high and low battens; The gap between high and low battens and tread or the joint between high and low battens and high and low battens should not be too large.
8. When all steps are equipped with stop heads and pedals, uniformly install stop head cover plates with number plates or stop head cover plates without number plates;
Second, the installation steps of the channel light bar:
1. First, fix the base of the channel strip on the ground.
2. Connect the light bar and put it in the slot of the slot bar, then cover the slot bar cover.
Step lights are all finished products, basically the same as the attached drawings. The drawings issued by the designer are only schematic diagrams and practices, and the finished step lights shall prevail.
In addition, before leveling, wooden boards with a width of about 10 cm should be installed on the front and facade of each step, and the area for installing wooden boards on the front of the step should be reserved in advance. After installing the wooden board, the surface of the wooden board should be flush with the concrete plane, and then step lights should be installed on it, which can reduce the fall-off caused by direct installation of the step lights on the cement floor surface for a long time.
From the above example, we can know that whether the induction lamp of stairs can achieve the expected satisfactory effect depends on many factors, including not only the choice of induction lamp brand of stairs, the decision of size, but also the installation method, precautions and operation matters in the later stage. Today, I recommend an installation scheme suitable for induction lamp. It can be seen that some suitable spare parts products, including expansion bolts and some profiles, are prepared in advance, and wiring is carried out with reference to structural differences.
