The overall performance of Yangko includes six parts: entrance, opening, pressure, running, playing and appearance.

Entering the village: Yangko teams lined up outside the village. Hakka villages received them with the highest etiquette, set up incense tables, set up vegetables and fruits, set off firecrackers, and the leading figures went out to meet them. Hakka people beat gongs and drums and led them into the village on a "journey". If the Hakka yangko team has not left the village, it will be greeted by the "journey" and guided to the performance venue. "Journey" is also called "street bag" and "going in and out of the street", which can be divided into "two roads" and "three roads". The level of Journey can basically reflect the dance level of the team. There are not only unified and standardized group dances, but also small-scale "umbrella inspiration", "umbrella stick dance" and "umbrella flower dance" Actors have both small-scale dance combinations of different roles and layers of "flowers" of all roles. In the fiery rhythm of drum music, Journey, like Youlong, is both spectacular and rough.

Opening fee: 50 or 60 villains and 2,300 bigwigs in the Yangko team. If the performance venue is as small as a basketball court, it needs a big venue. "Running the Tenth Five-Year Plan" is an annual large-scale cultural activity. Men, women and children dressed in festive costumes have already gathered in the performance venue, and they must open the venue to perform. After the drum is positioned, the opening methods include exploring horses, playing martial arts, beating drums, setting off firecrackers, walking on stilts and so on. These methods are all on the premise of not hurting people, and the audience is crowded around, which is very lively.

According to the venue: After the venue was opened, the first umbrella led his team around the venue and reached two doors. The first umbrella waved at the main entrance, and the drum music immediately changed its rhythm and began to run.

T: It's the climax of the performance. Referring to ancient wars, honor guards, civil buildings, production struggles, production tools, daily necessities, auspicious patterns, animal and plant images, more than 100 yangko arrays have been drilled from generation to generation.

Yangko field can be divided into three types according to speed and strength: literary field, martial field and civil and military field. The martial arts field is slow, clear and energetic, the literary field is fast and energetic, and the civil and military field is somewhere in between. Generally speaking, only a dozen arrays are run in each performance.

Battlefield: The Quchang evolved into Batang Street, where the performers assembled into a square, the leading umbrella played drums with badminton, and the performers and drum music came to an abrupt end, which was spectacular.

Appearance: After shaman, umbrella, drum, stick and flower rested, Hakka people sprinkled cigarettes and sugar to express their condolences, clown and juggler performed on the stage, and yangko players returned to the stage after the rest. The venue is different from the frontcourt, and finally the shaman of "Bataan Street". Hakkas presented the prepared cigarettes and candy to the Yangko team, which was presented by the etiquette officer. If there is an original contradiction between the two villages, they will put aside their differences and make up as before, showing simple folk customs and simple and kind virtues.
