When booking a table, there is an agreement with the hotel. For example, if two people open 20 tables, they will open 20 tables. However, in order to prevent someone from taking the initiative or omitting to prepare two tables for two people, if there is no table, there will be no charge (or only the cold dishes that set the table).

If there are many people, it is not recommended to set up a seat card, only a table card. The seating arrangement of the staff will be printed out after detailed discussion in advance. At the wedding reception, the host who knows more guests will be responsible for seating. If the guest list is not available or full, they will be directed to the standby table.
