Qingxi Tower, also known as Miaoyin Tower, is located on Xiaqingxi Mountain in the northeast of Chizhou City. Now it is a provincial key cultural relics protection unit in Anhui Province.

Qingxi Pagoda is far from Baiyashan Pagoda. It was built by Yue Qian, governor of Chizhou in the 29th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (160 1), and was renamed Qingxi Tower after being named "Miao Yin".

Qingxi Tower is a seven-story octagonal pavilion-style brick tower with a height of 55.7m and a diameter of12m. There are arches and viewing windows on each floor, and the arches are virtual and real. There was a Buddha statue in the original pagoda niche, but now there is no Buddha statue. There are stone steps winding up and overlooking, and the water and sky are beautiful. There are many inscriptions and inscriptions in the tower, and the successful inscriptions and inscriptions with high gold standard are still well preserved in the tower. In the summer of the fifteenth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty, the top of the tower was struck by lightning, leaving only the Buddha bowl. The internal structure of Qingxi Tower is similar to that of Baiya Tower. It has two steps on the second and third floors for people to go up and down, and the steps leading to each floor range from 25 to 29. When hovering along the steep stone steps, you can see shrines on all floors. Each tower is also different, some have composite walls, some have secret doors, some have inscriptions, some have brick carvings with cirrus ornamentation, but there are also irreparable holes and many scars.

Cao Dianqi, a Qing man, boarded the tower and wrote the poem "Qingxi Tower": "The rugged tower leans against the distant sky and the steps soar into the sky.
