Is sudden death caused by overtime work a work-related injury?
Sudden death caused by overtime is a work-related injury. If the unit arranges employees to work overtime or night shift after work, and at the same time arranges rest time, if employees suddenly die of illness at this time, they are likely to be identified as work-related injuries.

Because employees are at rest at this time, or they belong to "unproductive working hours in standby state", they also belong to the concept of "working hours".

(three) recording, audio recording, video recording, and copying the information related to the identification of work-related injuries.

The collection of evidence for investigation and verification shall be carried out with reference to the relevant provisions on the collection of evidence in administrative litigation.

For employers, employees who die at work should bear certain legal responsibilities and pay certain compensation to the families of the deceased.
