Hou Fangyu (1618-1655), a native of Shangqiu. Only by being less negative can you be famous, and the name is important for a while. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, Fang Yizhi, Mao Xiang and Chen Zhenhui, also known as the "four sons", were also one of the leaders of the literati political group at that time, and resolutely opposed the remnants of the eunuch party. Wu Ming also participated in Nan Ming's anti-Qing activities. After the Qing dynasty, he was criticized by the world for winning the vice list in Henan provincial examination.
Today, there is still a miscellaneous library (servant) in Hou Fangyu Childhood Bookstore on the east side of Yushou South Street, Liujia, Shangqiu County. The library is spacious, with five dark rooms in Sanming and two floors up and down. This is the former residence of Hou Shi, and the original buildings such as Emerald Building and Xiang Jun Building on both sides of the book building are no longer there. Legend has it that when Hou Fangyu was a teenager, her husband asked him to name his bookstore, and Hou Xin wrote the word "Zayong Hall". Teacher Wang thinks that he is willing to live a miscellaneous life and refuses to teach him without ambition. Hou Fangyu said that Sima Xiangru, an ancient man, used to clean tables and set stools with the bartender. Because of his humility and self-encouragement, he was able to read like a hungry man and eventually became a literary giant. Mr. Wang was overjoyed after hearing this, so he intended to cultivate Hou Fangyu. When Hou became an adult, he joined the Fu Society to help Nanming resist the Qing Dynasty. He was framed and imprisoned for Ruan Dacheng. After the Qing soldiers captured Nanjing, Hou fled back to his hometown to live in seclusion. What the Qing court knew forced Hou Fangyu to leave after taking the exam. Afterwards, it was widely publicized by the Qing court, and people also wanted to defect to the enemy. Hou can't protect himself, so he can't live in seclusion.
Hou is good at poetry and is one of the three great poets in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. In the ninth year of Qing Shunzhi (1652), Hou felt that he had been running around for half his life, with no achievements, high aspirations and infinite regrets, and changed the miscellaneous museum into a strong regret museum; Write books here for the rest of my life. The collection of poems and essays includes Zhuang Regret Hall Collection and Siyitang Poetry Collection.
Hou and Li, a famous prostitute, had a lingering love affair, which was famous in the world by the dramatist Kong's Peach Blossom Fan. There are also Li's wells and homesteads in the village; Its grave is also in the east of the village. A gifted scholar and a beautiful woman were a couple, but Hou and Li were born at the wrong time and ended in tragedy.
