From the "basketball match for new and old employees" to the convalescence in Conghua, and then to the visit to Xicun Thermal Power Plant, Yuancun Thermal Power Plant and Diesel Power Plant, we were deeply impressed by the beautiful factory environment and the corporate culture of "unity, cooperation and forge ahead". The leaders' earnest speeches also put forward sincere suggestions for our future work and study. After studying safety in Xicun Thermal Power Plant and successfully passing the exam, I started a two-month professional understanding internship in early August, starting with B-value electrical specialty, followed by internships in boiler, fuel, chemistry and steam turbine specialty, and got a general understanding of the power generation process in Xicun Thermal Power Plant. Power Plant Overview: My Xicun Thermal Power Plant is a typical cogeneration power plant. Like other thermal power plants, it uses boilers to burn pulverized coal, heats water into superheated steam with a certain temperature and pressure, and then enters the steam turbine to push the rotor to do work, thus driving the generator and exciter to rotate to generate electricity. From the point of view of energy conversion, the chemical energy in coal is released by burning in the boiler and converted into the heat energy of superheated steam, which works in the steam turbine, converts the heat energy into the mechanical energy of the rotor, and finally converts the mechanical energy into electrical energy for transmission. The so-called cogeneration unit is to provide heat to the outside world in addition to generating electricity. Practice of fuel specialty (lasting for one week): The fuel workshop is the first energy station in the power generation system of the power plant, which is mainly responsible for the whole process of coal feeding and feeding, and provides continuous power for boiler combustion. The landmark building of the fuel workshop is a huge coal yard and a coal conveying belt covering the whole plant. In the coal yard, the staff used cranes to grab and unload the coal on the train card, and different kinds of coal were placed in piles. Workers grab different proportions of coal to the belt conveyor for coal blending according to the different proportions of coal burned every day. The start of the belt conveyor and the whole coal conveying process from the coal yard to the coal bunker are controlled by the program control system in the centralized control room, and the operator can see the whole coal conveying process at a glance through the camera set on the belt layer. Practice of chemistry major (running for one week): We know that the process of thermal power generation is actually a process of changing the form of working medium. In the boiler, water is heated into superheated steam, and then enters the steam turbine to do work and generate electricity. The steam discharged after work is finally condensed into water in the condenser and then recycled in the boiler, which shows the position of water in the power plant. There are many kinds of water in power plants: circulating water, feed water, cooling water of various rotating machinery ... The supply of these water and the daily coal quality test of boilers are completed in the chemical workshop. Chemical workshop mainly has pretreatment equipment: inclined tube sedimentation tank, filter, valveless filter, etc. These equipments are mainly used to remove impurities and suspended solids in circulating water, ensure the water use of industrial water system and fire water system in the factory, and provide chemical desalting water source. Desalting equipment: cation bed, anion bed and mixed bed. As the name implies, through the adsorption of these beds, ions in the water are removed, and the water quality entering the main building's make-up water system is guaranteed to be qualified. Dosing equipment: such as ammonia treatment of desalted water and chlorine treatment of circulating water. In order to better meet the water quality required in production, the operation of these equipments is essential. Professional practice in main positions (lasting for two running weeks) Boiler, turbine and electricity are the three workshops of the power plant, which are not only important, but also have a large span and a large number of equipment involved in each major, which requires very high operating technology. It's been a year since I first came to Guangzhou. I gained a lot more in this year than in the previous year at school, and successfully completed the initial transformation from students to staff. From the beginning of apprenticeship to the upsurge of "creating a learning team", this activity was widely carried out among the employees of the whole factory around the two major themes of "learning and innovation", which carried forward our fine tradition in a new form and realized its new significance.
