Haicheng No.3 Senior High School was founded in September 1997, located at the foot of Yunling Mountain in the Second Ring Road of Haicheng. The school covers an area of 42,000 square meters, with a teaching building 1 building and 36 classrooms, with a construction area of more than 8,800 square meters. It is a newly-built junior middle school with 106 teachers and more than 2,500 students. Over the past few years, the school has invested a certain amount of money to build a playground with a 300-meter circular track, six basketball courts with cement floors, two mixed soil volleyball courts and other sports venues and equipment. The roads inside and outside the campus are cemented and the teaching facilities are basically complete. Every classroom in the teaching building is equipped with closed-circuit television, projector, video recorder, VCD, tape recorder and advanced broadcasting system. In 2000, a modern laboratory and a modern information campus network were also built. Classrooms and teachers' offices with 80 computers are equipped with computers and connected to the school information network.
