In order to reduce the risk of importing and spreading the epidemic in COVID-19 and ensure the people in the whole region to have a healthy and safe holiday, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, take the initiative to register and report in time.
People who come to Jiangxi and return to Jiangxi should contact their towns (communities, villages) in advance, take the initiative to report (see Annex 1 for contact information), and truthfully report the information about coming to Jiangxi and returning to Jiangxi, so as to achieve "voluntary reporting, returning home safely, and reassuring relatives". Overseas, outside the province and those who have a history of living in high-risk areas should report in advance, and report to the local community (village), unit, local epidemic prevention and control headquarters or hotel as soon as possible after arriving in Jiangxi, and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work.
Second, strengthen the health management of people coming to Jiangxi.
1. Overseas personnel who come to and return to Jiangxi should report to the local town (community or village) in advance before returning to China, and implement the "14+ 14+28" health management measures.
2. It is suggested that people from high-risk areas in China postpone coming to Jiangxi and return to Jiangxi until the risk level in this area is reduced to low risk.
3. People in low-risk areas of districts and cities where middle and high-risk areas are located, or people in districts and cities where nucleic acid tests are positive and confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infected people) come to Jiangxi and return to Jiangxi. It is suggested to suspend coming to Jiangxi. If they really want to go back to Jiangxi, they must hold the green code of health code and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After arriving in Jiangxi, please report to the district, community or town before returning to Jiangxi 14 days, and
4. People who travel to and from Jiangxi in low-risk areas outside the province need to hold the green code of health code and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct another 1 nucleic acid test within 12 hours after arriving in Jiangxi. Only after the nucleic acid test is negative can it flow in an orderly way.

After that, follow-up health monitoring was continued for 7 days, and 1, 3 and 7 days of nucleic acid detection were performed.
6. Those who return to Jiangxi from land port cities (see Annex 3) are advised to postpone their return to Jiangxi. If you really need to return to Jiangxi, you need to hold the green code of health code and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After you arrive in Jiangxi, please report to your community, community or township within 12 hours, provide the itinerary before returning to Jiangxi 14 days, and implement the corresponding nucleic acid detection and health management measures according to the latest prevention and control requirements.
Third, strengthen personnel management and control.
Town (park), community (village), government agencies, enterprises and institutions, schools, etc. We should intensify their voluntary declaration and publicity when they return to Jiangxi. Community (village), government agencies, enterprises and institutions, construction sites, hotels, etc. It is necessary to strictly implement the information collation and registration report of people coming to Jiangxi and returning to Jiangxi from overseas, outside the province and in medium and high-risk areas, post epidemic prevention contacts and contact numbers at eye-catching positions such as village intersections and residential quarters to ensure 24-hour smooth flow, urge relevant personnel to take the initiative to report and health management in advance, and organize grassroots grid workers to carry out the arrangement of returning to Jiangxi by means of on-site visits and telephone inquiries.
Fourth, do personal protection scientifically.
Reduce the flow of people and encourage festivals in Jiangxi; Advocate not to visit during the festival, and communicate through telephone, internet, video and other network ways to reduce the risk of gathering and travel; Wear masks scientifically when taking public transport, entering and leaving farmers' markets, supermarkets and other crowded places; Citizens who meet the vaccination conditions should be vaccinated as soon as possible; Once you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., please go to the fever clinic of a regular hospital or designated medical institution immediately and report your personal residence history truthfully. Wear a mask all the way to the clinic and try to avoid taking public transport.
