Shawl introduction:

Also known as cloud shoulder, it is mostly made of satin and brocade. The cloud shoulder is mostly composed of four kinds of moire patterns, which are called four-in-one wishful pattern, willow pattern and lotus pattern. There are auspicious propositions such as rich peony, long life, and more than one year. It was very popular in Ming and Qing dynasties, and it was mostly used in social occasions such as weddings and receptions.

Maintenance and cleaning:

1. Cashmere products are made of precious cashmere raw materials. Because cashmere is light, soft, warm and slippery, it is best to wash it by hand alone at home (don't mix it with other clothes); Cashmere products of different colors should not be mixed to avoid contamination.

2. Record the size of cashmere products before washing. Cashmere products stained with coffee, juice and blood should be sent to a special washing and dyeing shop for washing.

3. Soak in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes before washing (jacquard or multi-color cashmere products are not suitable for soaking), and gently squeeze your hands in water when soaking. The purpose of soaking and squeezing is to make the dust and dirt attached to cashmere leave the fiber and enter the water, and the other part of the dirt is wet and loose.

After soaking, gently squeeze out the water by hand, and then put it into neutral washing liquid at about 35℃ and gently squeeze it by hand for washing. Never wash or rub with hot soap, or wash with strong alkaline washing powder, otherwise it will cause felting and deformation.

When washing cashmere products at home, you can wash them with shampoo. Because cashmere fiber is protein fiber, it is afraid of alkaline detergent, and shampoo is mostly "mild" neutral washing liquid.

4. The washed cashmere products need to be "peracid" (that is, the washed cashmere products should be soaked in a solution containing an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid) to neutralize the residual soap in cashmere, improve the luster of the fabric and protect wool fibers. In the "peracid" procedure, edible white vinegar can be used instead of glacial acetic acid, but clear water is needed once after peracid.

5. After rinsing with clean water at about 30℃, you can add the matching softener according to the specified amount, which will make you feel better.

6. Squeeze out the water in the washed cashmere products, put them into a net bag, and dehydrate them in the dehydration cylinder of the washing machine.

7. Put the dehydrated cashmere sweater flat on the table covered with towel quilt, measure it to the original size with a ruler, arrange it into a prototype by hand, and dry it in the shade. Don't hang it in the sun.

8. After drying in the shade, steam ironing can be used at medium temperature (about 140℃). The distance between the iron and cashmere products is 0.5~ 1 cm, and it is forbidden to press on it. If you use another iron, you must wet the towel.
