3. Special requirements and guarantees for curtain wall installation
1. Welding and rust prevention requirements:
1. 1. Only after the adjustment position is qualified can the fixed connector be welded.
1.2. Before welding, the welding wire should be in place with double wires, and it is not allowed to overlap the zero line with steel pipe and steel plate. The current should be controlled within the allowable range, and a fire stop should be set below welding to prevent sparks from falling below and burning insulation materials and protective films.
1.3. Flammable articles need to be cleaned, and surrounding construction cooperation personnel should avoid arc light to avoid eye injury. After welding, remove the coating and check whether the welding is firm. If there are welding defects, they should be repaired in time until the welding is firm.
1.4. After welding, clean the surface to remove spatter. When the solder joint temperature is lower than 60℃, the first antirust paint should be brushed to avoid pollution. After the first coat is dry, apply the second coat.
2. Fire prevention and insulation requirements:
The installation floors are surrounded by galvanized steel plates: because the curtain wall is hung on the external wall of the building, the holes between the vertical keels lead to the floors. In order to sound insulation and fire prevention, mineral wool fire insulation layer is embedded in galvanized steel plate to seal the floor. In order to make the steel plate and keel closely connected, rubber sealing strips are sleeved around the steel plate and nailed to the concrete floor with expansion bolts. Stick asphalt sealant tape at the joint of steel plate and keel, and smear it evenly. Finally, the steel nails are welded firmly on the steel plate, and the nail spacing and specifications meet the design requirements.
