The ancient book Shangshu Gong Yu, which first appeared in the pre-Qin period, is the concept of ethnic regions of ancient Han ancestors in China. From the Warring States period, Kyushu became the name of China in ancient times, and from the Han Dynasty, it became the name of the Han nationality area, also known as "Kyushu in Han Dynasty".
Since the Han Dynasty at the latest, China's region is equivalent to Kyushu in Gong Yu, and Kyushu is equivalent to the land of Han. Eastern Xia, Xia Nan and Xixia were also used to address local areas in the Han Dynasty.

There are thirteen states in the Western Han Dynasty, namely Jizhou, Youzhou, Bingzhou, Qingzhou, Xuzhou, Yanzhou, Yuzhou, Yangzhou, Jiaozhou, Jingzhou, Yizhou, Shuofang and Liangzhou, among which Yizhou is Liangzhou in Kyushu.
Youzhou and Bingzhou are separated from Jizhou; Liangzhou originally belonged to Yongzhou; Jiaozhou was classified as Kyushu Yangzhou in the 12 th Division; Shuofang was divided by Yongzhou; Li Si belongs to Jizhou, Yongzhou and Yuzhou respectively.
Jizhou at the end of Han Dynasty, its scope is at least equivalent to all the areas of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Shanxi and Shaanxi and some areas of Inner Mongolia today. At the same time, the word "Tianxia" in the population of the three countries of Han Dynasty is synonymous with Kyushu (China), and "China" is just synonymous with the dynasty regime occupying the Central Plains, or the Central Plains.
