From the year 2000, the forest concert will refer to the practice of Berlin Forest Theatre in Germany, upgrade the stage rain-proof facilities in an all-round way, and perform normally under non-extreme weather conditions such as general rainfall, and will not be transferred to the indoor theater.
According to the stage modeling characteristics of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Music Station, a transparent plastic isolation shed covering the stage span was built in the stage area above Yueyatang, and the circular ceiling at the top of the lighting wall was lowered when rainy weather came. The transparent isolation shed is novel in shape and transparent in texture, so that the audience can still see the orchestra performance in rainy days.
In order to ensure the sound effect of the performance, some sound equipment will be added at the scene to reduce the sound loss. In addition, raincoats will be distributed to the audience free of charge in rainy days.
In case of extreme weather such as typhoon and rainstorm, a transitional announcement will be issued on the morning of the performance. The venue of the transition is the Variety Hall of Jiangsu Grand Theatre, and the performance time remains unchanged.
In addition, a notice of transition will be placed at the main entrance of Zhongshan Scenic Area to connect the audience who have not received the site adjustment information to Xiamafang subway station and take the subway to Jiangsu Grand Theatre.
It is worth mentioning that starting from this year, Zhongshan Scenic Area will continue to explore the derivative formats with music as the core, and plans to open the "Forest Music House" to show the grand occasion of previous Nanjing forest concerts through multimedia means, and set up a master class of cultural exchange to show the wonderful moments of concerts on the green plank road, so that the music station can truly become one of the beautiful city cards in la la land.
