Regulations on the Protection of Dong Family Banquets in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County
Article 1 In order to strengthen the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the Bai Banquet of the Dong nationality in Autonomous County, inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Dong nationality, and promote the integrated development of the Bai Banquet of the Dong nationality in Autonomous County and the tourism industry, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Intangible Cultural Heritage Law and other laws and regulations. "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" and "People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law", combined with the actual situation of Autonomous County. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the protection, inheritance, development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Hundred Banquets of Dong nationality within the administrative area of Autonomous County. Article 3 The protection of Dong Banquet in Autonomous County adheres to the principles of government guidance, social participation, respect for customs, inheritance and development, and rational utilization. Article 4 The "Hundred Banquets of the Dong Nationality" as mentioned in these Regulations, commonly known as "Family Fun" and "Long Table Banquet", refers to the long-term production, life and foreign exchange of the Dong nationality residents in the autonomous county, in which the Dong nationality's music, dance, costumes, diet, social morality, national beliefs, architectural art, etc. are integrated into specific procedures and skills to celebrate major festivals or receive guests together, and gradually formed, preserved and passed down to this day. Article 5 The rules of a hundred banquets of the Dong nationality include welcoming guests, tasting camellia, singing and dancing performances, talking about money, eating a hundred banquets, toasting, making more meals and seeing off. Article 6 The protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the Bai Banquet of the Dong nationality includes:

(1) The inheritors of the Bai Banquet of the Dong nationality and their cooking skills;

(2) The production technology and usage custom of Dong traditional tableware;

(3) Dong costume display;

(4) Dong music and musical instruments;

(5) the traditional custom of paying money;

(6) Other intangible cultural heritage protection contents of Dong Bai Banquet. Article 7 Autonomous County People's Government shall strengthen the organization and leadership of the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the Hundred Banquets of the Dong nationality, coordinate and promote the integrated development of the tourism industry of the Hundred Banquets of the Dong nationality and the Autonomous County, create the brand of "Hundred Banquets of the Dong nationality" in Sanjiang, and establish the coordination mechanism and responsibility system for the protection of the Hundred Banquets of the Dong nationality. Incorporate the inheritance and protection funds of the Dong Bai Banquet brand into the fiscal budget at the corresponding level.

The market supervision and management department of the Autonomous County People's Government is responsible for the supervision and management of the business activities, food safety and price behavior of the Dong Baijia Banquet Market.

The health administrative department of the Autonomous County People's Government is responsible for organizing and guiding the prevention and control of public health emergencies and medical rescue, and supervising and managing the public health status of the Dong banquet.

The emergency management department of the Autonomous County People's Government is responsible for performing the comprehensive supervision function, organizing and coordinating the emergency rescue of the safety emergencies of the Dong Hundred Banquets, establishing the emergency coordination linkage mechanism of the Dong Hundred Banquets, and connecting various departments and towns to participate in the emergency rescue work.
