Robbery (Article 263 of the Criminal Law) is an act of forcibly seizing public or private property on the spot by violence, coercion or other means for the purpose of illegal possession. Article 263 Whoever robs public or private property by violence, coercion or other means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and fined;
