I. Preparation of raw materials
Plastic plate, scissors, cotton and linen (can be selected according to personal preference), collodion, ruler, pen, needle and thread.
Second, calculate the size.
It is very important to remember to calculate the size before making fabric photo frames, because whether the post-made photo frames can be used well depends on whether the size is accurate.
Third, cut cloth.
Prepare two pieces of cotton and linen, one drawing a small rectangle on the back, slightly smaller than the photo. First, sew the patched cloth around the cotton and linen without rectangle. Iron collodion on the surrounding cloth strips.
Fourth, fixed.
Put the cotton and linen with rectangle on it, face to face with the sewn piece, fix it and sew along the line of rectangle. Then leave 7MM seam to cut the middle cloth, cut four corners at 45 degrees, be careful not to cut both ends, and turn the cloth to the front.
Verb (short for verb) suture
Cut a plastic board the same size as cotton and linen, and dig a hole the same size as a rectangular frame in the middle, but the size is more accurate after sewing. Put the plastic board in the middle and press the seam on the plastic board. Fold up the cloth below and sew it with a hidden needle.
Sixth, decoration
The back is also a plastic plate. Fix the four corners of the plastic board on the cloth, fix them in the middle of the top, bottom, left and right, and leave one side for photos, or the left and right are not fixed. Buttons can be sewn on the four corners of the front for decoration, and the rope for hanging photos can be directly tied to the plastic board at the back.
Seven, inspection and cleaning
After all the above steps are completed, check whether the pins of the photo frame are fine and whether there are wireless heads exposed. And clean up the production site after adjusting the details.
