1. Changli County is a county under the jurisdiction of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. Located in the northeast of Hebei Province and southwest of Qinhuangdao City. 39 22' ~ 39 48' north latitude and118 45' ~119 20' east longitude. It borders Bohai Sea in the east, Laoting County in the south, Luannan County and Luanzhou City in the west, lulong county in the north and Funing District in the northeast.
