The Construction Significance of Pingdu Railway Station
Haitian-Qingdao Railway is a new railway project approved by former Ministry of Railways and Shandong Provincial People's Government. The feasibility study was approved on February 29th, 2009, and the preliminary design was approved on May 28th, 2065438. 201/kloc-0 started on February 2, and the project was completed on February 20 13.

Christina Railway (north) starts from Haitian Station of Delong Tobacco Railway and ends at Zhilanzhuang Station of Ji Jiao-Qingdao Line (south). Via Changyi, pingdu city, gaomi city and jiaozhou city. There are 5 stations on the whole line, 1 line station. Among them, two liaison stations in Haitian and Zhilanzhuang will be rebuilt, three intermediate stations in Xinhe Garden, Pingdu (passenger and freight station) and Gaomi East (freight station) will be built, and a new 1 Wu Han Tunxian station will be built.

Haiqing Railway is a Class I single-track railway of China Railway, with mixed passenger and freight lines. The designed maximum running speed of passenger train is 160km/h, the restricted gradient is 6‰, the traction mass is 5000t, and the total length of the main line is 9 1.702km.

Christina Railway connects Delongyan Railway and Ji Jiao Railway at the throat of Shandong Peninsula, and connects Jiaoxin Line and Jiaohuang Line at the same time, connecting Huangdao Port, Rizhao Port, Lianyungang Port and Laizhou Port into a line, becoming the north-south traffic artery of Jiaodong Peninsula, which plays an important role in stimulating the economic and social development of the Peninsula.
