Method of decorating cookies with custard

Mix matcha powder and 70g sugar powder evenly, add butter softened at room temperature and stir.

Add egg yolk several times and stir well, then sift in low-gluten flour and stir until there is no dry powder, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

At the bottom of the baked matcha biscuit, the thin matcha biscuit is easy to change color. So lower the baking temperature and prolong the baking time, 160 degree baking 18 to 20 minutes.

Add 2 drops of lemon juice to egg white 1 and stir until it thickens.

Add 150g powdered sugar in three times, and stir to the peak.

Take a part of frosting to lay the foundation, and add water drop by drop on the basis of frosting in the peak state, so that the frosting state will not be as thin as dripping 10 second. Instead, the water droplets are lifted and pulled out in a long streamline.

Take a little of the remaining peak icing and add red and green food pigments for coloring. Roll a cone with baking oil paper, put all kinds of icing in the cone and cut an opening at the tip.

When the frosted surface is dry, it can be decorated. First, pull out the green vines.
