Article 2 party member cadres should take the lead in carrying forward the fine tradition of the Chinese nation's hard work, simplicity, diligence and thrift, advocate a civilized and healthy culture of reciprocity, make arrangements for weddings, funerals and celebrations simple and clear, and consciously resist unhealthy practices such as extravagance and waste. It is strictly forbidden to pursue luxury, do great things, take the opportunity to collect money, waste money or engage in feudal superstitious activities. Leading cadres in party member should play a leading and exemplary role.

Third leading cadres in party member are generally not allowed to handle the full moon, birthdays, school, employment, new jobs, housewarming and other festive matters. Except weddings and funerals. If necessary, the invited participants shall not exceed the scope of close relatives (including spouses, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations and in-laws).

Fourth party member leading cadres are generally not allowed to participate in wedding activities outside their relatives, and are not allowed to be invited to take the role of presiding, witnessing and managing such activities. Except those who are allowed to participate on behalf of the unit.

Fifth party member cadres handling weddings, funerals and festive matters, are not allowed to have the following acts:

(two) accepting gifts, gifts and other property that are obviously beyond the normal reciprocity;

(3) directly or in disguised form, using public funds to pay expenses, or using the influence of authority and position to reduce or exempt expenses that should be paid by individuals;

(four) in violation of the provisions of the use of buses or public property, borrowing private enterprises or individuals related to the exercise of their functions and powers;

(five) lavish activities, or staged banquets in disguised form;

(six) affecting the normal work order or the normal production and living order of the masses;

(seven) other acts that cause adverse effects.

Party member cadres found that gifts, gifts and other property belonging to management and service objects and other units and individuals related to the exercise of their functions and powers, or obviously beyond the normal courtesy, should be returned in time; If it cannot be returned, it shall be handed over to the party organization or discipline inspection and supervision organ (institution) of the unit within 15 days after receipt.

If both men and women hold a wedding reception in the same city, the number of people invited shall not exceed 180 (18 tables), and the cost of each table (excluding drinks) shall be controlled within 2000 yuan. If it is really necessary to use the bus for the funeral of cadres and workers in this unit, it shall not exceed 3 vehicles.

Party member cadres should fill in the Report Form on Wedding Matters Organized by party member Cadres of Provincial Organs 7 days before the wedding, report to the Party Committee (Party-Mass Work Department and Party Office) of the department where they belong, and fill in the Record Form on Wedding Matters Organized by party member Cadres of Provincial Organs within 15 days after the wedding, and file it with the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the unit where they belong.

The funeral organized by cadres in party member should be reported orally to the Party Committee (Party-Mass Work Department and Party Office) of this department by telephone, and the Record Form for the Funeral Organized by Cadres in party member, a provincial organ, should be filled in within 15 days after the funeral, and the record should be filed in writing with the Commission for Discipline Inspection of this unit.

Party member cadres of subordinate enterprises and institutions shall, in accordance with the management authority, report and put on record to the competent department and the party organization and discipline inspection organization of the unit.

Eighth party member cadres in violation of the provisions, depending on the seriousness of the case, to give criticism and education, ordered to make an inspection, informed criticism or organization; If it constitutes a violation of discipline, disciplinary action shall be given in accordance with relevant regulations; Suspected of violating the law, transferred to the relevant departments for handling according to law. Article 9 Party committees of various departments (units) shall strengthen the supervision and management of weddings, funerals and celebrations organized by cadres in party member, strengthen publicity and education, pay attention to supervision and inspection, and advocate changing customs. Greet party member cadres who handle wedding, funeral and festive matters in advance, and remind them of matters needing attention. Stop and deal with violations in a timely manner within the scope of duties.

Article 10 If Party organizations and discipline inspection organizations of all units fail to perform or seriously perform their duties, and fail to stop and investigate party member cadres' wedding, funeral and festive activities and take the opportunity to collect money, causing adverse effects, the relevant personnel shall be held accountable in accordance with the Measures for Investigating the Main Responsibility and Supervision Responsibility of Party Style and Clean Government Construction in Hebei Province (Trial).
