Incompatibility between versions of 1

PR 6.5 is the version before premiere pro (also known as PR 7.0), which is about 10 years from now.

PR cs4 is a version in the last four or five years, and there are great changes between them.

2. Another problem is that premiere 6.5 is windows 32-bit software, and the computer you are using now and the installed pr cs4 may be 64-bit, so the early special effects cannot be loaded into PR cs4 at 64-bit.

Solution: copy the edited project to win 32-bit computer for editing, try it, but there is no guarantee.
