At present, the gas-fired boiler room mostly adopts FRP splicing softening water tank. After a period of use, water leakage often occurs at the splicing place. Is there a good treatment?
The method is as follows
1. It didn't leak at first, but it didn't leak until some time later. Generally speaking, the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. Please ask the water tank manufacturer to repair it. Tighten the screws first to see if there is any leakage. If it doesn't work, it can only be dismantled and reassembled, and there is no other good way.
2. I have also encountered this problem. Our solution at that time was to polish the dry joints inside the water tank and seal them with gauze and glue for two years. No problem.
3. Clean up the leaking place and paste it with FRP. After several years of treatment, it has not been leaked. 4. Waterproof and dry, find 10 layer of felt and paste it on the surface of patterned cloth with thin resin curing agent, remember to touch out the bubbles and smooth them, and overlap the original cylinder by more than 15 cm.
