Article 25 of the Regulations on Population and Family Planning in Shanxi Province: Couples who are legally registered for marriage can enjoy marriage leave for 30 days; In accordance with the provisions of these regulations, the woman will be awarded an extension of maternity leave for 60 days on the basis of enjoying the maternity leave stipulated by the state and the province, and the man will enjoy nursing leave for 94 days. During the period of marriage leave, maternity leave and nursing leave, employees shall enjoy the same treatment.
