In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), in line with the principle of equality and mutual benefit, and in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the lessor and the lessee, this contract is signed by both parties through consultation.
Article 1: In principle, our company will not lease equipment for less than one month. If the lessee's lease term is less than one month and the equipment is urgently needed, the lease fee shall be calculated on a monthly basis.

Payment method and term of rent: the rent will be collected from the date of delivery. The rent shall be settled on a monthly basis, and the settlement date shall be 1 day. The date when the lease item is returned in full is the date when the lease fee is paid in full.
Article 3: Deposit
In principle, it is charged according to the cost of the leased equipment, and the deposit shall not be lower than the cost price 15%. The deposit shall be paid before the lease item is delivered and accepted as rent or compensation settlement.
Article 4: Time, place and acceptance method of delivering the leased property.
After both parties sign this contract, the lessee shall issue a list of equipment use. The lessor is responsible for transportation, and the freight is directly settled by the construction site. Check and accept the leased property on the spot when picking up the goods, and go through the formalities of mechanical integrity. Clean it when you return it, or you will be charged a cleaning fee.
Article 5: Preservation, Maintenance and Use of Leased Materials
1. The lessee shall take good care of the leased property. When the leased property is returned, both parties shall conduct acceptance inspection. If the leased property is damaged or lost due to improper storage or intentional use, the lessee shall compensate the lessor according to the compensation price list.
Second, the materials leased by the lessee shall not be exchanged, otherwise compensation shall be made according to the lease price list.
3. The lessee shall not drill, weld or bend the leased property, otherwise, it shall pay compensation according to the compensation method in the first paragraph of this article.
Article 6: Without the consent of the lessor, the lessee shall not transfer or sublet the lease item to a third party, nor shall it be sold or used as collateral.
Article 7: During the term of the contract, the lessor shall not require the lessee to return the lease item in advance, otherwise it shall be liable for breach of contract.
Article 8: Liability for breach of contract
1, if the rental fee is not paid on time, the lessor shall pay a penalty of 5‰ of the rental fee every day. If the rent cannot be paid for more than 30 days, the lessor has the right to take back the leased property at any time. If the lessee fails to pay the rent in time as agreed in the contract, resulting in insufficient or untimely supply of equipment, the lessor shall not be liable.
2. If the lessee transfers, sublets, sells or mortgages the leased property, in addition to the lessor's right to terminate the contract and recover the leased property in full within a time limit, the lessee shall also pay the lessor a penalty of 20% of the total rent and compensate the lessor for other losses caused thereby.
3. When the project is completed and settled, the lost equipment can be temporarily settled by compensation. For the lessee who can't pay the compensation within one month, the lessor has the right to continue to collect the rental fee for the lost equipment. Until the compensation and renewal fee are paid off.
Article 9: Price of Leased Property
Loss of steel formwork per square meter 160 yuan, formwork plug 1.5 yuan, formwork card per sheet 150 yuan, steel pipe per meter 12 yuan, base 12 yuan, fasteners of 3.80 yuan, and 3 sets of screws. Other matters shall be handled as appropriate.
Article 10: Any dispute arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation. If mediation fails, the parties may bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
Article 11: Matters not covered in this contract shall be implemented in accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 12: This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. Annexes or notes to this contract are an integral part of this contract and have the same effect as this contract.
