Because it is illegal to have children without marriage, not only can it not be reimbursed, but it also has to pay social support. When you register a child, you need to pay social support to successfully register. Without a marriage certificate, there is no legal marriage relationship, and children born out of wedlock do not meet the relevant regulations of family planning in China. In this case, it is impossible to reimburse maternity insurance.
Maternity insurance maternity reimbursement:
1. One original and two copies of the marriage certificate;
2. Original 1 copy and 2 copies of the maternity service certificate (it is best for employees who participate in maternity insurance in other places to provide the Beijing maternity service certificate, and if they cannot provide it, they need to provide a formal maternity service certificate in other places);
3. Original birth medical certificate 1 copy and 2 copies;
4. One original and two copies of the medical blueprint;
5. Original diagnosis certificate issued by the hospital 1 copy, 2 copies;
6. Original documents of all hospitals;
7 two copies of the examination and approval form for maternity reimbursement, with official seal;
8. Two copies of Health Form I, both with official seals;
9. Two copies of Health Form II with official seal;
10, maternity reimbursement summary table 1 copy, with official seal.
Family planning insurance reimbursement:
1, the original marriage certificate and two copies;
2. The original and two copies of the Medical Blueprint;
3. The original and two copies of the diagnosis certificate issued by the hospital (how many weeks does induced abortion take);
4. Original documents of all hospitals;
5. Two copies of the approval form for maternity reimbursement, with official seal;
6 health form in duplicate, stamped with the official seal;
7. Two copies of Health Form II with official seals.
To sum up, if there is no marriage certificate, the parties concerned cannot apply for maternity allowance.
