① One party's household registration is for the mainland residents in Nanjing to register for marriage: both parties hold their ID card and household registration book (a copy of the collective household registration book, with the words "consistent with the original" written on it and stamped with the official seal, and three recent 2-inch half-length bareheaded photos of both parties, and go to the marriage registration office in any district of Nanjing to register.

② Both parties are not registered in this city: you can register your marriage at the marriage registration office where the residence permit is issued, or you can choose to register your marriage at the place where one party's permanent residence is located, with one party's household registration book, ID card and three recent 2-inch bareheaded photos of both parties.
