process flow

Ceiling elevation leveling → drawing keel step line → installing water and electricity pipeline facilities → installing large keel → installing small keel → anticorrosion treatment → installing cover panel → installing batten.

Elastic line: according to the floor elevation horizontal line, measure the height along the wall to the ceiling design elevation, elastic the ceiling elevation horizontal line on the surrounding walls, and draw the keel slope position line on the surrounding elevation lines.

Installation of large keel: bend the embedded steel bar into a round hook, wear 8# galvanized iron wire or fix the large keel with φ 6-φ 8 bolts, and ensure its design elevation. The arching of suspended ceiling should meet the design requirements. When the design has no requirements, it is generally 1/200- 1/300 of the room span.

Install small keel

Small keel bottom plane, leveling, section thickness should be consistent.

B the spacing of small keels should meet the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, it shall be determined according to the specifications of the cover panel, generally 300*300mm.

According to the step line, first locate and install two long-side keels. After each keel is pulled, it is fixed on the big keel with round nails through short suspenders. Derricks shall be staggered one by one and shall not be hung on the same side of keel. Butt joints of long and small keels should be staggered and nailed with round nails with double-sided plywood, and two nails should be nailed on both sides of the joint.

Installation of small retaining keels: according to the elevation of small retaining keels, between two small retaining keels, according to the block size and joint requirements of the cover plate, horizontally play the grid lines on the bottom surface of small retaining keels, and fix the small retaining keels with bottom leveling nails. .

Anti-corrosion treatment: all exposed iron parts in the ceiling must be painted with anti-corrosion paint before nailing the panel, and the contact surface between the wooden frame and the structure should be treated with anti-corrosion.

Installation of pipeline facilities: After the ceiling elevation line is completed, the pipeline of hydropower equipment in the ceiling is installed, and no heavy objects can be hung on the ceiling keel.

Installation of gypsum board cover: There are many kinds of ceiling cover panels installed at the bottom of wooden frame, which should be constructed according to design requirements, varieties, specifications and fixing methods. The fixing method of the cover panel and the wooden skeleton is to tighten it with countersunk self-tapping nails, and then apply antirust paste.
