Thanks to the vast territory and rich resources of the motherland, in this dead of winter, I got the opportunity to ride in Kunming, the spring city, and participated in the Kunming-Ailaoshan cycling activity organized by Honda Trade Organization, except with X-ADV? 750、CRF? 1 100L? Africa? In addition to two days of close contact, Twin also met a group of highly skilled motorcycle friends.

Then let me introduce the cars in detail these two days. The model I experienced on the first day was X-ADV. I had rich pedal riding experience before, but this is the first time to ride a pedal with DCT gearbox.

Is 120/70 used for the front wheel of X-ADV? R 17 tires, the rear wheel is 160/60? R 15. The rim is not large, so it is not as comfortable as non-bigfoot riding on a relatively bumpy mountain road.

Since the advent of X-ADV, I have been very interested in it, and its scientific and technological modeling has deeply attracted me. The length, width and height of 2230×9 10× 1345mm make it a big guy in the scooter.

From a static point of view, the shape of X-ADV can really be praised. It's beautiful. Its own scooter attributes make it feel like a duck to water in urban commuting, but our cycling activities are more high-speed and mountain roads.

When driving at high speed, the stability of the X-ADV is excellent, and the vibration of the inline two-cylinder engine can be effectively controlled in all speed ranges, which is simply too comfortable for a person who is used to riding with a large single cylinder.

6DCT gearbox is a high-end configuration in motorcycles, and the shift speed is very fast. Although the ride comfort is not as good as the average level of cars, it is not annoying. The only regret is that the logic of downshifting is a bit strange. This gearbox doesn't like downshifting very much, but if it is shifted to S gear, the problem will be solved. S gear will make you squeeze the potential of each gear and exhaust the speed range of each gear.

In terms of power, the adjustment of the 750cc engine is not radical. The common speed range is similar to that of a car, and the power output is very smooth, but the absolute power is not too violent, and the acceleration feeling is similar to that of a 600cc single-cylinder model. However, overtaking on a mountain road is as easy as cutting melons and vegetables. Generally speaking, this kind of motivation is very close to the people, and some friends who haven't driven motorcycles much can use it easily.

When riding on a mountain road, the center of gravity of X-ADV can be easily moved according to your operation, and it can be quickly and easily pressed down when cornering. Tires have good grip on mountain roads and can give people strong confidence. Generally speaking, X-ADV is a model with a hall and a kitchen. It can not only complete urban traffic, but also go up the mountain to the wild and walk on unpaved roads. However, this time, it is impossible to experience this.

The next day, I experienced a non-double version, which also used the DCT gearbox version. Compared with X-ADV, non-dual is an authentic ADV model, which is huge.

The LED light source used in the headlights has a good paving effect and ensures the safety of driving at night. At the same time, daytime running lights also improve its recognition. These are verified safety configurations in automobiles, and more and more motorcycles have been equipped with these devices.

ADV itself belongs to the type of tall and powerful motorcycle, especially the non-two-stage model is very big, and riding on the road is like riding a big horse. The model size is 23 10×960× 1355mm, the minimum ground clearance is 2 10mm, and the fuel tank capacity is18.8l. For a model that often runs long distances, the large fuel tank is really reassuring.

There are four preset riding modes and two custom riding modes for non-double driving. The routes of this test drive are paved roads, and the tour mode is basically adopted throughout.

In terms of riding experience, the biggest influence on me first is that the power is too abundant. No matter which gear speed range, when the throttle is turned, the power is on call. The only fly in the ointment is the downshift logic of the gearbox. In the D-gear state, the gearbox will actively shift up to ensure economy, but when the speed gradually decreases, the gear of the gearbox will not be lowered in time, so that sometimes there will be a slight mopping feeling. There is no such worry in the S file.

Although the real stage of this ADV model is a mountain and a far place, due to the limited conditions of this test drive section, it can only be driven on high-speed and mountain roads, which partially limits the play of non-two-car. At high speed, the 5-speed adjustable windshield is adjusted to the highest level, which can block most of the wind blowing to the head, which is very important for long-distance riding. Even if driving at a relatively high speed on a mountain road, the seemingly bloated body can be flexibly pressed down, which is not much more difficult to control than the X-ADV.
