On June 4th, 2008, approved by the State Council, Mongolian costumes declared by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Subei Mongolian Autonomous County of Gansu Province and bohu county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists. As the first local standard of national costume in China, The Local Standard of Mongolian Tribal Costume contains the characteristics and traditional styles of the costumes of 28 Mongolian tribes in Inner Mongolia. The 56 sets of Mongolian clothing standard sample clothes included in the standard have color effect diagram, style diagram and cut diagram, and are published in Mongolian and Chinese versions.
