According to the written test scores of applicants for the same post, according to the order from high score to low score, and the multiple of the number of post-planned recruits after the reduction and the corresponding opening ratio (in which the number of post-planned recruits for kindergarten teachers after the reduction is calculated as 1.5 times), the interviewers are determined (the candidates with tied scores enter the interview together, the same below). Huai 'an Education Bureau will review the qualifications of interviewers. Candidates should truthfully provide relevant materials that meet the application conditions. Those who meet the requirements for registration after examination will be given an interview notice. Candidates who fail to provide the original valid documents on time or fail to pass the qualification review according to the above requirements will be disqualified from the interview and will be replenished in the order of high score to low score among the candidates applying for the same position. If you enter the interview as an on-the-job person, you shall provide proof of agreeing to enter the exam according to the personnel management authority at the time of qualification review. 4. Physical examination and examination
Among the candidates who passed the interview, the written test scores accounted for 70%, and the interview scores accounted for 30%. The total score of the candidates was synthesized by a percentage system (the interview score of the exam-free position was the total score). According to the order of the total scores of candidates applying for the same position from high to low, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits after the position is reduced 1: 1.
Huai 'an Education Bureau organized physical examination and inspection in a unified way. The physical examination is conducted in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements for the qualification of teachers in Jiangsu Province. The specific time and place of medical examination will be notified separately. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
Huai 'an Education Bureau organized an inspection of qualified personnel. The investigation was conducted with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Employment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province and the Guide to the Examination and Employment of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province 20 13.
If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or inspection, it will be filled in the order from high score to low score according to the total score of applicants in the same position.

After the publicity, if the candidates' publicity results affect the employment or the candidates explicitly give up the employment, among the qualified interviewers who apply for the same position, they will be replenished at one time according to the candidates' total test scores from high to low, and will not be replenished after the employment approval.
If the employed social personnel have signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original work unit, I shall be responsible for it.
If there is no objection or objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, but it does not affect the employment, the relevant procedures shall be handled according to the relevant provisions and procedures of the management of public institutions. The probation period for the employed personnel is 3 months (the probation period for unemployed graduates shall be implemented according to national regulations), and those who pass the examination after the probation period shall go through relevant formalities according to relevant regulations.
