(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;
(3) Complaining to the Price Bureau and other relevant administrative departments;
(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;
(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court. Therefore, according to the provisions of China's Consumer Protection Law, if consumers are not satisfied with wedding photos, they can negotiate with the merchants. If negotiation fails, they can defend their rights in the above ways.
