Mohan Border Trade Zone is located at the southernmost tip of Yunnan Province, at the junction of Yunnan Province and Indo-China Peninsula, bordering Laos Mo Ding Port, more than 90 kilometers away from Jinghong (Kunming Highway)/KLOC-0, the state capital of Xishuangbanna, and more than 700 kilometers away from Kunming, the capital of Yunnan. After passing through Laos, the hole is cleared at the national port of Thailand (towards Kunming Highway) for 228.3 kilometers, and it is about 1000 kilometers to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Mohan Border Trade Zone is the only national land port from China to Laos and the most convenient land passage to Southeast Asia. It is also one of the main channels for Lancang-Mekong sub-regional cooperation and the best combination for building China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
Parashorea Chinensis, Mengla
Wangtianshu is one of the endemic tree species in Xishuangbanna, which is only distributed in Buwa, Jingpiao and other places in Mengla County. Cephalotaxus is a tall evergreen tree belonging to Dipterocarpaceae. Because of its tall and straight growth, it is as high as 70 to 80 meters, like a sword piercing the blue sky, and it has the reputation of "giant in the forest" and "prince of China and the United States in the forest".
Mengla Buwa Wangtianshu Scenic Area is located in Buwa National Nature Reserve in the northeast of Mengla County, covering an area of 20 hectares. About ten kilometers away from the county seat, there are hotels and air corridors in the scenic area, which can be used as recreation and accommodation.
Nanlahe yequ rafting
Nanla River Wild Fun Drifting is located at the edge of Manlongle Dai Village, 7 kilometers east of Mengla County. It is a water sports and outdoor sports project invested by Xishuangbanna Mengla Hema Tourism Development Co., Ltd. with 75 million yuan. Including kayaking, tire rafting, free diving, water trampoline, water rock climbing, shooting fish in the river, water walking ball, basketball, balloon volleyball, table tennis, badminton, billiards, large swings and so on.
