VI. Main Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

Party A shall actively cooperate with Party B to complete all services agreed in this contract.

The services provided by Party B and the products used in the services shall meet the standards determined by relevant national laws and regulations or relevant industry norms.

(1) This planning scheme is the intellectual achievement of Party B and is only used by Party A within the scope agreed in this contract. Party A shall not use the planning scheme for other purposes than those agreed in this contract or hand it over to a third party for use without authorization.

(2) Party B shall submit the planning scheme to Party A before, and Party A shall sign it for confirmation after acceptance.

□ Custody service

(1) Party B shall provide qualified hosts for Party A to choose according to Party A's requirements.

(2) On the wedding day, if the host appointed by Party A is unable to preside in person due to illness and other irresistible reasons, Party B shall promptly provide the host at the same level or above to provide services on his behalf.

□ Recommend wedding car service

(1) Party B shall provide wedding car rental services for car rental enterprises that meet the requirements of automobile management according to the requirements of Party A..

(2) Party A shall negotiate and sign the contract with the car rental enterprise recommended by Party B..

(1) Party B shall ensure that the wedding car meets the requirements of the Car Rental Service Specification (DB 1 1/T475-2007).

(2) Party B shall ensure that each wedding car is equipped with 1 qualified drivers.

(3) The rental service fee is the remuneration that Party B should receive for providing the wedding car rental service; The wedding car rental fee is the wedding car rental fee payable by Party A, including vehicle use fee, fuel fee, driver service fee, parking fee, bridge crossing fee and other fees paid separately by Party A..

(4) Party A shall not require the driver of the wedding car to violate traffic regulations.

□ Beauty service

(1) Party B shall provide makeup trial service according to Party A's requirements, so as to determine the specific makeup artist and test whether the makeup artist has allergic reaction; If allergic reaction is caused by makeup, it should be allowed to change cosmetics. If the skin is still unable to adapt, Party A may cancel this service; If you are not satisfied with the makeup artist provided by Party B, Party A can also cancel this service.

(2) Once the makeup artist and the cosmetics used are determined, both parties shall not change them at will.

□ Camera service □ Photography service

(1) If Party A changes the shooting time, it shall notify Party B in writing 1 day in advance.

(2) Party A shall provide the activity flow and indicate the necessary scenes before shooting.

(3) Party B shall equip the wedding with qualified cameras, photographers and equipment.

(4) Except the right of authorship, Party B can only exercise other rights in the copyright of photographic and video works with the written consent of Party A. ..

(5) Where Party B keeps the original image file or copy, it shall keep it properly and shall not provide it to a third party.

(6) Party B shall keep Party A's privacy that is known due to the signing and performance of this contract.

VII. Major liabilities of both parties for breach of contract.

1. If one party requests to cancel a specific service item before the wedding 14 (excluding 14) due to its own reasons,% of the service fee of the item shall be taken as the penalty; If it is necessary to cancel a specific service item before the 7th day of the wedding (excluding the 7th day),% of the service fee of the item shall be regarded as the liquidated damages; If a specific service item is required to be cancelled within 7 days (including 7 days) after the wedding,% of the service fee of the item shall be regarded as liquidated damages.

2. Unless otherwise agreed in this contract, if this contract cannot be performed as agreed due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and pay Party B the actual expenses; If the services provided fail to meet the agreed requirements due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall refund the project service fee and pay a penalty of% of the project service fee.

3. If one party causes personal injury or property loss to the other party or the third party, it shall be liable for compensation.

(1) If the wedding car cannot provide services as agreed, Party B shall promptly notify Party A and provide the agreed spare car, and refund the rental fee of the difference wedding car.

(2) If the actual wedding car is below the agreed level, Party B shall pay% of the corresponding rental fee as liquidated damages.

(3) If the actual number of wedding cars is less than the agreed number, Party B shall refund the rental service fee and the corresponding rental fee, and pay% of the corresponding rental fee as liquidated damages.

(4) If the wedding car fails to arrive at the departure place within the agreed time for more than minutes, Party B shall pay% of the corresponding rental fee as liquidated damages. (3) If the finished product delivered by Party B lacks the required scenes, Party B shall pay liquidated damages according to the standard of each scene element.

(4) If the quality of finished shooting products delivered by Party B does not meet the agreed requirements, Party B shall pay liquidated damages according to the standard.

Eight. Termination of contract

1. Party A and Party B can dissolve this contract through negotiation;

2. In any of the following circumstances, the other party has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and demand compensation for losses:

(1) One party clearly indicates or indicates by its own behavior that it will not perform all or part of the agreed obligations;

(2) Party A delays the payment of all or part of the service fee, and still fails to pay it within days after being urged by Party B;

(3) Without Party A's consent, Party B arbitrarily changes the service content, lowers the service standard or increases the service fee, and still refuses to correct it after Party A urges it; .

3. Before the wedding, if one party unilaterally terminates the contract for reasons other than the above reasons, the other party shall take appropriate measures to prevent the loss from expanding, and has the right to require the terminating party to pay% of the total service fee as liquidated damages within days. If the deposit has been paid, you can also choose to apply the deposit rule: if Party A terminates the contract in violation of the agreement, it has no right to demand the return of the deposit; If Party B terminates the contract in violation of the agreement, it shall double the deposit.

Nine. force majeure

If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure, it may be exempted from liability in part or in whole according to the influence of force majeure, but it shall notify the other party in time and provide relevant certificates within a reasonable period.

X. Solutions to contract disputes

Disputes arising under this contract shall be settled by both parties through negotiation or application for mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the following methods can be adopted:

XI。 Other agreed matters:
