Methods/steps
1
Dye the fudge powder blue with fudge pigment. After rolling into thin slices, cut them into two rectangles with a ruler and a roller. The size can be determined according to your own needs. In order to prevent the cooked fudge from drying out, you can put it in a plastic bag and remember to sprinkle some anti-sticking powder in advance.
2
Roll the napkin into a cylinder and put it on the fudge. Napkins can be stuffed with cotton or newspapers. In order to keep a cylindrical shape, one end of the sugar is coated with adhesive.
Fold the fudge in half and stick it together.
Where it is bonded, finish the creases by hand.
Apply adhesive to the fold and fix it.
Trim the edge with a knife to facilitate the bonding at the back.
Repeat the above steps to complete the other side of the bow, then apply adhesive to the fold, align and bond the left and right bows.
Take another piece of dyed soft candy, roll it into thin slices and cut it into rectangles, as shown in the figure.
After brushing some glue on the back, carefully wrap it in the center of the two bows. This step should be very careful and can be done with a knife.
Finally, make two ribbons with soft candy, the shape and size can be arbitrary, and the folds are pinched out. Put the bow on the ribbon. When the bow is completely dry, take off the napkin.
Take a piece of dyed soft candy, roll it into thin slices, cut out four rectangles, coat it with adhesive, and stick it on the cake wrapped with sugar skin as shown in the figure.
Finally, stick the bow on it.
