Government service halls, schools, hospitals, libraries, museums, cultural centers, pension institutions, commercial buildings, parks, scenic spots, cultural and sports venues, etc. , all personnel entering must be scanned.

All personnel who enter restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, leisure and entertainment, village houses and other business places must scan the code for inspection.

Conference training, cultural performances, sports events, team tours and other gathering activities, all participants must scan the code.

All drivers and passengers must scan the code for inspection in public transport such as buses, taxis and internet taxis.

Enterprises, construction sites, gas stations, logistics express delivery and other production, processing, transportation, warehousing and other places, all personnel entering must scan the code for inspection.

Large public places should be equipped with special "place codes" by floors and business areas, and all entrants must scan the codes for inspection.

Closed places such as restaurants, cinemas and playgrounds in commercial complexes should be set up with "place codes" separately, and all personnel must scan the codes again when entering.

All shops, shops and other public places not listed above shall strictly implement code scanning inspection measures for entrants in accordance with the principle of "all those who enter must be scanned and all those who scan must be inspected".

According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Punishment, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations, the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, relevant institutions or the competent departments of industry shall publicly notify the units or institutions that have not posted and used the "site code" or failed to implement the code scanning requirements, make an interview reminder, and the law enforcement organs will punish them according to law; If the circumstances are serious, the public security organ shall severely deal with it according to the law and regulations.

Informants can call the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters to report. The reporter is responsible for fixing the evidence through video. The video requires clear picture quality and sound quality, which can reflect all the elements of illegal activities, and the recording time is controlled within 1 minute.

1. Informants shall be responsible for the authenticity of their reports, and the information reported shall be objective and true, and shall not fabricate or distort facts, or falsely accuse, frame up or collude with others.

3.
