First, Tongliao Vocational College

Tongliao Vocational College is located in Horqin Grassland, Inner Mongolia. Founded in 2004, it was formed by the merger of the former Zhemeng Normal School, Zhemeng Health School, Zhemeng Education College and Tongliao TV University Branch in Inner Mongolia. College is the only comprehensive vocational college in Tongliao that focuses on higher vocational education, covers secondary vocational education and takes into account the educational functions of adult correspondence and RTVU.

Tongliao Vocational College is the first full-time comprehensive higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 19981February 16. (2004) 129, filed by the Ministry of Education. It was formed by the merger of the former Tongliao Institute of Education, Tongliao Branch of Inner Mongolia TV University and Tongliao Health School.
