For the first time, you must submit your application in person to the exit-entry administration office where your account is located. The application materials include: the original and photocopy of the resident ID card and household registration book (copied on A4 paper, which can be copied on the same paper), and two 2-inch color photos with light background (which can also be taken on site at their own expense), respectively, to apply for an endorsement to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If you only go to Hong Kong, you have to apply for a Hong Kong endorsement; if you only go to Macao, you have to apply for a Macao endorsement. If you go to Hong Kong and Macao, you must apply for both endorsements.

The time limit for acceptance is 10- 15 working days from the date of acceptance.

The cost of the Travel Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is 100 yuan each; An endorsement, each 20 yuan; Two-way endorsement, each 40 yuan.

2. Re-apply for endorsement for the existing pass (i.e. additional endorsement).

You can handle it with your ID card and valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, or you can handle it as an agent. The agent needs to carry my ID card. (Different cities may have special regulations on signing, please consult the exit-entry administration office where your household registration is located. )

The processing time limit is 1 working day.

Endorsement for one time, each time 20 yuan; Two-way endorsement, each 40 yuan.

Pay special attention to the validity of the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao within 6 months (3 months in some cities) or the blank endorsement page is not enough. You must apply for a new travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao according to the first application procedure, and apply for an endorsement at the same time.
