Zone 1

High-speed rail eco-business district, with a total planned area of 50 square kilometers, focuses on building a brand-new platform centered on high-end service industries and high-tech enterprises. At present, the starting area of 16 square kilometers, which is mainly composed of corporate headquarters, CBD, business and leisure, and software service outsourcing, has been basically completed, and a number of major projects such as Xuzhou Bodun Windham five-star hotel, wedding cultural and creative industrial park, Moon Star Global Port, Metro supermarket, high-speed rail Times Square and software service outsourcing base have been completed and put into use. In the second phase, according to the spatial structure of "two axes and seven districts", the regulatory detailed planning, land use and industrial development planning of 34 square kilometers were completed around creating four functional sectors: innovative R&D central district, modern logistics business district, ecologically livable new city and ecological leisure tourism district, with emphasis on developing high-end service industries of 2.5 industries such as ecological R&D, e-commerce and modern finance. The "two vertical and two horizontal" roads and the "one lake and one river" water system in the core area of 5 square kilometers have been basically completed, and a number of e-commerce and ecological R&D enterprises have settled in.

Two belts

Focusing on the development strategy of Xu Lian Industrial Corridor and JOE Industrial Corridor, focusing on the construction of six functional parks, key industrial projects are scientifically arranged to form an industrial belt running through the east, west, north and south.

Liuyuan

Construction machinery industrial park is located in the north of the canal, with a total planned area of 12 square kilometers. Mainly develop high-end construction machinery mainframe and key parts industry, and the infrastructure of the park will be fully built soon. In the construction machinery industrial park, a Caterpillar supplier industrial park covering an area of 1000 mu has been planned and built, with storage service area, intensive mode and supporting facilities, and centralized distribution of water, electricity, gas, catering, water treatment and office space. Six supporting enterprises have settled in, and their construction mode has been listed as a new teaching case by Harvard University.

Sino-German Xuzhou Oriental Ruhr Industrial Park is an important industrial carrier for Xuzhou and Germany to jointly build Xuzhou Ecological Demonstration Zone. Located in the northeast of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, it is adjacent to Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway in the west, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the north and Yangshan Road in the south. The planned land area is about 18 square kilometers. According to the function, it is divided into three sub-parks, namely photovoltaic industrial park, modern business logistics industrial park, ecological restoration and nursery forest park. By the end of 20 15, the photovoltaic industrial park has owned Zhongneng Silicon Industry with the largest polysilicon production capacity and first-class technical quality in the world, and Xiexin Silicon Material Factory with the highest photoelectric conversion rate, which has basically formed a complete photovoltaic industrial chain from polysilicon to solar power station. Modern commerce and trade logistics industrial park takes the construction of 100 million tons port of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and metal logistics project as two major pulling points, and forms a modern commerce and trade logistics industrial zone integrating cargo handling, warehousing, processing and distribution, transit trading and transportation in the region. Ecological Restoration and Nursery Forest Park is mainly planned to be a "green lung" in the east of Xuzhou.

Clean Science and Technology Industrial Park is a key functional park developed by the Development Zone in cooperation with Tsinghua Holding Group, relying on Tsinghua University. Located in the east of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, with a planned area of 5 square kilometers, it focuses on the introduction and development of new light sources, new household appliances and strategic emerging industries such as communication, intelligent manufacturing robots and smart grid. Smart Grid Industrial Park is a clean technology industrial park with a planned area of 2 square kilometers, focusing on the development of smart grid industries such as smart transformers, rectifiers, inductors, intelligent transmission and distribution, and control equipment. Three enterprises have been put into operation.

The new energy automobile industrial park is located in the east of the development zone, with a planned area of 3.5 square kilometers, focusing on the introduction and development of new energy vehicles and key parts, batteries, motors and electronic control manufacturing industries. At present, the planning of the park is under way and the infrastructure is about to start construction.

Located in the second phase of the high-speed rail eco-business district, Health Industrial Park is one of the three key parks for developing new medicine industry in Xuzhou, with a planned total area of 5.3 square kilometers, focusing on building a comprehensive functional park integrating research and development, manufacturing, display, trading and service of biomedicine, medical devices and nutrition and health products. At present, the planning of the park has been completed, and infrastructure construction such as "two vertical and two horizontal" roads is under way, and three projects have reached the intention of entering the park.

E-commerce headquarters industrial park is located in the second phase of high-speed rail eco-business district, with a planned area of 2.8 square kilometers. It is mainly to build a comprehensive park integrating software development, e-commerce, automotive electronic services, modern finance, mobile internet and other industries and supporting businesses, and strive to create a demonstration zone that organically combines high-end finance and technology industries.
