Brief introduction of quilt cover
Satin quilt cover is generally woven by jacquard machine, with light texture, soft and smooth feel, bright colors and vivid and exquisite flower shapes. It is one of the traditional textiles in China. Jacquard quilt covers with warp and weft are all made of mulberry silk, that is, silk quilt covers; Mulberry silk is a quilt cover made of warp and rayon is weft. After scouring and dyeing, it has different color absorption properties and presents patterns with different colors from the ground. It is an interwoven satin quilt cover. Warp yarns (mulberry silk) and weft yarns (rayon) are dyed in several colors in advance, and the weft yarns of various colors are alternately woven by shuttles. This kind of quilt cover is called brocade quilt cover. The quilt cover made of rayon and weft cotton yarn (or wax thread) is called thread quilt cover. Some printed silk quilts are printed on plain satin quilt covers, and some are printed on single satin quilt covers, which are processed into brocade quilt covers. Embroidery quilt cover is embroidered on plain satin blank silk. Embroidered quilt covers are divided into hand embroidery and machine embroidery. The cotton printed quilt cover is made of fine count yarn, woven into grey cloth, and printed after scouring and bleaching, with large pattern and rich colors.
