After that, Weizhou, Jiaozhou, Gaomi, Changyi and Jimo were placed under Laizhou Prefecture, and they were still in 13 county, 1 state. The chief executive is the magistrate, and there are other officials such as Tongzhi and Fujian. The sheriff is in charge of "the government of one government, publicizing corruption, leveling prison proceedings and all taxes" and is also the deputy of the sheriff. He is only responsible for transporting grain and irrigation and water conservancy.

At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, Qingzhou Prefecture governed Yidu, Linzi, Boxing, Gaoyuan, Le 'an, Shouguang, Linqu, Anqiu, Changle, Zhucheng, Yishui, Rizhao and Mengyin 13 counties, as well as Andongwei and Yizhou. During the Yongzheng period, Yizhou Prefecture was established, and Yishui, Rizhao, Mengyin and Andongwei belonged to it. At the same time, Shen Yan Town, Fuxiao Township and Huaide Township in Yidu County were separated and Boshan County was established. Qingzhou prefecture still governs 1 1 county.
