The design preparation stage is mainly to accept the entrusted task book, sign a contract, or participate in bidding according to the bidding requirements; Define the design cycle, make the design plan progress, and consider the cooperation and coordination of various related types of work;
Clarify the design tasks and requirements, such as the use nature, functional design characteristics, scale, grade standard and total cost of the interior design tasks, and the indoor environment atmosphere, cultural connotation or artistic style to be created according to the use nature of the tasks;
Familiar with design-related specifications and quota standards, collect and analyze necessary data and information, including on-site investigation and visiting similar examples.
When signing the contract or formulating the tender documents, it also includes the design schedule and design rate standard, that is, the percentage of the interior design fee charged by the owner to the total investment in interior decoration.
2. Scheme design stage
On the basis of the design preparation stage, the scheme design stage is to further collect, analyze and apply data and information related to design tasks, conceive ideas, carry out preliminary scheme design, in-depth design, and analyze and compare the schemes.
Determine the preliminary design scheme and provide design documents. Indoor preliminary scheme documents usually include:
(1) plan, the common scale is 1: 50,1:100;
(2) Indoor facade development, commonly used ratio 1: 20,1:50;
(3) Top plan or bottom plan, commonly used proportions are 1: 50,1:100;
(4) indoor perspective view;
(5) Example room for interior decoration materials;
(6) Description of design intent and cost estimation;
The preliminary design scheme must be approved before the construction drawing design can be carried out.
3, construction drawing design stage
In the design stage of the construction drawing, it is necessary to supplement the necessary drawings such as plane layout, indoor elevation, ceiling, etc., and also include the detailed drawings of structural nodes, details, equipment and pipeline drawings, and prepare the construction instructions and cost budget.
4. Design and implementation stage
The design implementation stage is the construction stage of the project. Before the indoor engineering construction, the designer should explain the design intention and technical disclosure of drawings to the construction unit; In the process of project construction, it is necessary to check the construction situation according to the requirements of the drawings, and sometimes it is necessary to make local modifications or supplements to the drawings according to the site conditions; After the construction, the project acceptance will be carried out in conjunction with the quality inspection department and the construction unit.
Secondly, I learned interior design methods, and Master Zhao taught me the following three methods:
1, focusing on the overall situation, starting from the details, thoroughly scrutinizing the whole and details.
2, from the inside out, from the outside to the inside, the coordination and unity of the local and the whole.
3. Whether the intention is to write first or to synchronize the intention, and pay equal attention to the intention and expression.
1, general design description;
It mainly includes: general plan (large apartment and villa should have sub-regional or bedroom plan); Elevation and section of each part; Node details; Fixed furniture production drawing; Electrical plan; Electrical system diagram; Water supply and drainage plan (involving reconstruction); Top view; Building facade (villa); Decoration material list, etc.
2. Graphic design:
Includes two copies of bottom graphic design and top graphic design. The floor plan should have the positioning dimensions of walls and columns and the exact proportion. No matter how the drawing is scaled, its absolute area remains the same.
With the indoor plan, designers can carry out indoor plan design according to different room layouts. Designers usually ask customers for advice before designing.
The plan has three parts. The first part shows the indoor structure and size, including building size, clearance size, location and size of doors and windows; The second part shows the specific shape and size of structural decoration, including the position of decorative structure, the relationship between decorative structure and building structure, the specific shape and size of decorative surface, and the material specifications and technological requirements that should be shown on the drawings; The third part shows the placement position of indoor furniture, equipment and facilities and the size relationship of their decoration layout, and shows the specifications and requirements of furniture.
3. Design renderings:
Design renderings mainly focus on graphic design, showing the results of decoration in a perspective way. Through the display of renderings, the owner of home decoration can make clear the expression form of the room after the decoration activities. It is an important basis for home improvement owners to finally decide on decoration. Therefore, it is an important document in decoration design. There are two kinds of decorative renderings: black and color. Because color renderings can truly and intuitively represent the colors of various decorative surfaces, they also play an important role in material selection and construction. However, it should be pointed out that the effect diagram shows the decoration effect, which is difficult to achieve completely due to the limitation of materials and technology in actual engineering construction. Therefore, it is reasonable and normal that there is a certain gap between the actual decoration effect and the renderings.
4, design and construction drawing:
Construction drawing is the basis of decoration, which specifically guides the construction of each type of work and process. In the construction drawing, the structural requirements, material composition and construction technology requirements are explained to the construction personnel in the form of drawings, so as to organize and complete the project accurately and smoothly.
Construction drawings include elevation, section and node drawings. Building facade is the orthographic projection of indoor wall and decoration, which indicates the indoor elevation, the size of ceiling decoration and ladder-like relationship, the style and material of wall decoration, the size of position, the height of wall and door, window and partition, and the connection mode of wall and roof and floor. The sectional view is to cut the decorative surface to express the way of structural composition, the form of materials and the relationship between the main supporting members. Detailed dimensions, technological practices and construction requirements are marked on the profile. Node diagram is the intersection of two or more decorative surfaces, which is cut vertically or horizontally to show the docking and fixing methods between decorative surfaces. The joint drawing should show the structure of the decorative surface joint in detail, with detailed dimensions and the construction method of sealing. When designing the construction drawing, both the section drawing and the node drawing should be marked on the elevation drawing to guide the construction correctly.
