2. Ejiao

Li Shizhen called it "holy medicine" in Compendium of Materia Medica. It is also called "three treasures of traditional Chinese medicine" with ginseng and velvet antler. Ejiao was first recorded in Shennong Herbal Classic, about two thousand years ago. The book says: Ejiao "was born in Dongping County, boiled cowhide, and went to Dongke." It can be seen that Ejiao was originally made of cowhide.

In the Tang Dynasty, people found that Ejiao boiled with donkey skin had better medicinal effect, so they changed cowhide into donkey skin, which has been used ever since. Modern scientific analysis shows that Ejiao contains 19 amino acids necessary for human body. Dong 'e Town in Jinan was named as the only "hometown of Ejiao in China" by the state, and the traditional cooking skills of "Fupai" Ejiao were also listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.

3. A big cake

A century-old shop worthy of the name, 19 12, opened, and it has not closed today. I'm afraid there is no second such old shop in Quancheng.
