Feeding: The materials shall be rechecked after entering the factory. If it is qualified, it should be marked with "△", indicating that it is a special material for this project. After cutting, check the groove angle, surface quality and roughness of the cutting surface, and then measure the length, width and diagonal dimension. (7) Non-destructive testing: Non-destructive testing shall be carried out according to the welding form, technology and requirements specified in Table 4.5, and the non-destructive testing method shall be carried out according to GB 1 1345-89 Manual Ultrasonic Testing Method for Steel Welds and Classification of Test Results. When there are over-standard defects in the local flaw detection weld, the flaw detection length should be increased at the extension of the flaw detection part, and the increased length should not be less than 10 times of the weld length and not less than 200mm;; When there are still impermissible defects, 100% inspection shall be conducted on the weld. (8) Final dimension inspection: according to the requirements of type inspection technology and relevant standards, the overall dimensions of steel members are inspected and the inspection record sheet is filled in. Do a good job of filing and managing quality records according to Product Quality Document Control Procedure, and timely sort out and submit the factory documents of products.
