Growth habit

Native to the tropics, I like tropical maritime climate. I like to be born in a tropical rainforest climate with high temperature and humidity, calm and small temperature difference. It has poor tolerance to low temperature and drought, and strong wind is extremely unfavorable to the growth of clove, which is suitable for fertile, deep and loose soil.

The annual average temperature is 23. 1℃-24.4℃, the monthly average maximum temperature is 26.0℃-28.4℃, the monthly average minimum temperature is 16.7℃- 18.8℃, and the annual rainfall is 1330-2530mm.

When the temperature is lower than 5℃, the young leaves are damaged, the buds fall off, and the plants die when it reaches 3℃. Young camphor trees like shade, are not resistant to sunlight and grow slowly. Mature trees like sunshine, and only when there is plenty of sunshine can they blossom early and more.
