Fuxian, which belongs to Yan 'an City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the north of Shaanxi Province and the south of Yan 'an City. It is bordered by Yichuan County and Luochuan County in the east, Heshui County and Ningxian County in Gansu Province in the west by Ziwuling, huangling county in the south, Zhidan County, Ganquan County and Baota District in the north, with a total area of 4 182 square kilometers, ranking fifth in Shaanxi Province.
