1. Frame cutting: Put the selected frame strips on the cutting machine, and measure and cut according to the required size. In this process, we should pay attention to:
A. For wood line with patterns, pay attention to the butt joint of corner patterns.
B. check whether the wood line is deformed due to moisture.
C. Pay attention to the change of color density between wood lines of the same color (the color depth of the four wood lines in the same frame should be the same).
D. When cutting, don't rub the wood line back and forth on the machine, and don't bump it, so as not to affect the appearance.
2. Frame corner splicing: splicing four 45-degree cut frame strips in turn to assemble a frame. In the process of docking, the surface of the wood line should be smooth and seamless.
3. Cut the paper jam: use a professional paper jam knife to cut the extended part of the paper jam according to the size of the inner end of the photo frame, and use an oblique knife (inclined at 45 degrees) to hollow out the central picture size part of the paper jam according to the size of the mounted photo. Gloves are needed to protect the cardboard surface from fingerprints or dust during the whole cutting process.
4. Clean glass: Clean glass
5. Framed: Put the core painting with the cardboard fixed and the glass of the same size into the outer frame. Before putting photos, cardboard and glass, make sure their surfaces are free of dust or static electricity.
6. Backboard binding: Use a high-density backboard with the same size as the support fixing, embed it into the groove on the back of the outer frame, and fix it with nails. Then seal the seam between it and the photo frame with adhesive tape to prevent fine dust from entering. Before loading the high-density board, the edge of the board should be polished flat to prevent sporadic sundries from entering the photo frame from the backplane.
7. Finally, install the hook and rope of the picture frame fittings to protect the outer corner of the picture frame. A complete picture frame work is completed.
